All products ordered from All Cute Gifts
(www.allcutegifts.com) are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If
you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we
will replace the item or refund the product purchase price (excluding shipping and
other applicable costs). All purchases are refundable within a 10-day period from receiving your order. If you or your gift recipient is not 100% satisfied with
your purchase, simply follow the instructions as outlined in the Returns section
of this document.
Returns
If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the quality
and/or service provided, you may return the product(s) within ten (10) days from receiving your order for a refund (excluding all applicable fees including shipping).
Before returning the item contact our Customer Service department at customerservice@allcutegifts.com,
for pre-approval before returning any products. Refunds
are only issued to the purchaser.
All returned items must be unused and in their
original pre-shipped condition with all original tags attached if applicable. Include
with the return a copy of your Invoice and the return authorization code provided
by us. All Cute Gifts cannot reimburse for shipping costs. If your item(s) being
returned were purchased using our "free shipping" option, you will be charged for
all shipping fees. All Cute Gifts will charge the difference for the cost that we
incurred to ship the item(s) as well as a 15% restocking fee. Unless there is a manufacturer's defect "special order"
cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. All Cute Gifts cannot accept any product
returned that has been used in any form or is not in the original pre-shipping state.
We cannot issue a refund for merchandise which is damaged on its way back to us
or which we do not receive. To ensure that your return qualifies for a refund, we
strongly suggest it be sent via an insured shipping method.

Items
If the item(s) and/or shipment are "refused" upon delivery, the purchaser
will still be responsible for all shipping fees and will incur a 15% restocking
fee.
